A hunt is considered booked when we receive your 50% nonrefundable deposit in our office.  The 5 days of your choice is now considered reserved.  All final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you find a need to cancel a hunt, your 50% deposit is nonrefundable.  However, you will not be liable for the remaining cost of the hunt.  The client would be liable for the cost of the license if it was paid for by the outfitter.
